Service Description

Under hypnosis, we will dialogue together to find the origins of your subconscious blocks, utilize various tools to release them, and then re-wire new beliefs to support your success. Included in the fee is a personalized hypnosis recording (~15mins) for you to listen to for at least 21 days following the session. You will also receive two check-in emails from me to offer any additional support you may need.
